Pastel Mood

What I Wore: GOWIGASA Pastel Striped Sweater | Stradivarius White Shorts | EMS Project Pastel Shoes

Just one of those days when you just want to relax and hang out with your friends in a coffee shop (actually I don't drink coffee, so usually I just go with lemonade or mineral water :D).

The weather here in Jakarta has been very gloomy lately, and that's what led me to wear this pastel sweater! It's so slouchy and comfy and it adds color to the sad grey sky lol. Hopefully bright sunny days are coming soon cos I think that's the best time to take (outfit) pictures hehe..

But until then, enjoy the weather while listening to this song... :)

ps. Thank you sooo much for your kind advice on my previous post! You guys are so helpful! <3

Sorbet Colors

Hello, Summer!
Well, technically, it's whole-year summer right here in Indonesia, but hey, nobody's complaining. ;) Anyway, Summer is identical to hot, humid weather (which of course, is one of our country's trademarks), and what's the best way to adjust to it? Cold stuffs~~!!! Say, like, a glass of Freshly Squeezed Lemonade, a refreshing portion of Zaru Soba and of course, a cone of Ice Cream or even better, a scoop of Sorbet!

True to the title, on today's outfit post, I'm wearing Sorbet-colored clothes. From the grape toned outerwear, raspberry striped top to the minty green skirt, they all look and feel very summery to me XD ~All of them are also very lightweight, just perfect for this Summer's outdoor activities.

Put together bright lenses and bright lips to complement the whole look.
Outfit: GOWIGASA Bold Vertical Top | GOWIGASA Silky Flare Skirt (upcoming collection's) | GOWIGASA Studded Belt Mocha | GOWIGASA Lilac Chiffon Outerwear | GOWIGASA Milk Envelope Bag / Clutch (upcoming collection's) | Hat & Shoes are from Japan

Ah yes, a little shout out here, for any of you who are in need of a little competition ;D NOKIA is currently launching their newest product and they're having this #ProjectStandOut: “Be The New Face of Nokia Lumia 720”.
In short, YOU could be one of the two lucky winners (one female and one male) that are going to be the New Face of Nokia Lumia 720. How awesome is that??
Best part is, all you have to do is showing up at a Nokia store nearby or meet Nokia Jalan-jalan team in several locations (3-23 June 2013), do your best pose and the staff will capture it with Nokia Lumia 720's camera. Your photo and everybody elses' will be posted at http://www.project-standout.com. Not so Girly

I've been missing pastel colors and floral print for quite a while, so today without second thought, I picked out my floral bralette (which happens to be pastel) and paired it with this dainty soft yellow blazer that I got from Efoxcity (they have it in mint color too! It was really hard for me to choose one), a pair of lilac pants I bought from Singapore, ZARA white slim bag, anddd yellow heels from Comfit! ♥

Floral pattern and pastel colors tend to be associated with girls or femininity, therefore I chose blazer and pants as my outerwear and bottoms to make this outfit not so girly.

NOT that I hate looking girly alright. My outfit just depends a lot on my mood and I wasn't feeling girly enough today. I was tempted to pick a cream lace skirt though! *oh so fickle*

Efoxcity soft yellow blazer | Unbranded pastel floral bralette | Singapore lilac pants | ZARA white slim bag | Comfit yellow heels
I personally love these shoes because although the heel height is fairly high, they are still comfortable for walking all day; and the color is pretty rare to find, don't you think? :)

GILI Yellow shoes from Comfit
Anyway, today is Friday!!
Have a great weekend, lovely people! ;D

Blurry Eyes, Baggy Style

Ya. According to the title, you will see my blurry eyes on the following pictures BUT actually, the real problem is: ALL the pictures (except the one I stole from GOWIGASA's file) are blurry and have very bad quality. I'm sorry, I'm sorry, I'm sorry!!! >_<
It was a casual night out and I happened to have the urge to take some pictures with my 3D camera. Bad idea, I knowww.
GOWIGASA vintage backpack / crossbody / shoulder bag / handbag, June+Julia Brown Faux Leather Platform Oxford, F21 socks. Flowy cold-shoulder top, vintage necklace and lacey culottes are unbranded.

Ahh, finally a good quality picture! As I mentioned up there, the vintage bag is multi function (and unisex*, too). You can wear it as a backpack, carry it as a handbag, wear it crossbody or simply wear it on your shoulder like I did up there. :)
*wear it like he did

It will go on sale at www.GOWIGASA.com on Thursday, July 12th 2012 at 11 AM!

See you later, aligator!

Beautiful Mess

Lately I've found myself having a new hobby and that is to braid my hair like this. It's very simple actually; all you have to do is "just bring your hair to one side and braid it loosely - not too tight because you want it to look a bit messy, and then tie the end with a small elastic."  /via KidzWorld

Cute mustard purse from The Little Things She Needs.

I'm wearing aqua blue tank top from GOWIGASA, Bangkok mustard shorts, Redherring long cardigan, Forever21 bird necklace, and JC Lana shoes.
