What I Wore: H&M 'Never Mind' Top | GOWIGASA Cross Print Skirt, Studded Bag, and Lion Pendant Necklace | Swaychic Heels
A few days ago a fellow blogger asked me on Twitter if I've ever been bothered by 'haters'. Well, I guess if you are active in social media, it's likely that at some point you'll get at least one hater— it comes with the package! Not only in social media, you can also get spiteful haters in real life no matter how nice you think you are.
Dita Von Teese said it best:
"You can be the ripest, juiciest peach in the world, and there's still going to be somebody who hates peaches."
Therefore the question is not "How to not be hated," it is "How to deal with haters."
The best advice that has been proven to work for me is the classic "Never mind the haters." It's true, y'know, when you get back at haters, that just fuels them up to keep coming back at you. When you leave them alone, they leave you alone. In dealing with online haters, you can always use that cute 'block' button, it is there for a reason. Man, if I had a penny for every time I block someone. (Jess: "Me too!")
Moreover:
“Great minds discuss ideas; average minds discuss events; small minds discuss people.”
...see? Why should you be upset over what small minded people has to think or say about you?

To sum up, here's few sentences from Johnny Depp which is related to this issue and has inspired me a lot. It is one of the quotes I live by :) Thank you Mr. Sparrow!
"Just keep moving forward and don't give a shit about what anybody thinks. Do what you have to do, for you."
X O X O,
